Here are all the medicines and toiletries we are bringing.  We have a clear toiletries bag each, and one additional bag for pills and other non-liquids.  We like GoToobs for liquid and pill containers.  Most of these things we can re-stock while on the road, which we tried to keep in mind while packing as little as possible.

Do you just replenish items like sunscreen, tampons, toothpaste, etc as you go? Obviously you cant pack enough to last you a year, however I’ve heard its hard to find somethings, like sunscreen in Brazil. Have you had any problems restocking?

No problems so far, but we’ve had to not be picky with brands, etc., and go without on a few occasions. If all else fails, expensive hotels usually have some basics in their gift shops that aren’t stocked other places.
